Trillian 1.2 for iPhone: Design improvements and fixes!
Version 1.2 of Trillian for iPhone is now available in the App Store! New features:
- Cleaned up contact list design
- Handsome new service icons
- Streamlined accounts tab for easier usage
- Improvements to first time wizard
- MetaContacts display service icons on right

- Basic emoji integration

Trillian 1.1 for iPhone: Landscape, Facebook Chat!
Version 1.1 of Trillian for iPhone is now available in the App Store! New features:
- Landscape mode.
- Facebook chat.
- 7 day signout.
- Many new contact list options: sorting, offline contacts, new view modes, and more!
- Various enhancements to the contact information screen.
- Tidying up the message window controls for improved usability.
- Pulling through more options from our desktop app, including contact privacy and per-connection settings (including hostname/port tweaks for XMPP).
- Additional bugfixes, speed improvements, and smaller usability enhancements.

Trillian for iPhone: New update for beta testers! (1.1 Build 66)
We’ve released a new version of the iPhone beta to our testing team today. To those of you currently beta testing Trillian for iPhone, please be sure you download and install the latest build as the old build will stop working shortly!
Although we were close to submitting to the App Store a few weeks ago, we decided to clean up our Facebook Chat implementation to use XMPP before doing so, hence the minor delay with version 1.1. This new build includes the latest Facebook/XMPP integration code (using the actual Facebook medium, not Jabber!) so please give it a spin. Testers should notice improved stability of the Facebook Chat connection as a result of the XMPP integration. We’ve also worked on speeding up various areas of the application, notably the contact list and message windows. Enjoy the new build!

Trillian for iPhone 1.1 Build 1.
A new version of Trillian for iPhone is being sent out to beta testers today, and all existing beta testers should be receiving an email from us with details. We hope to have the new version ready for submission to the App Store in the coming weeks, but it has not been submitted yet! After listening carefully to user feedback since the launch of 1.0, we’ve included some exciting new features in 1.1:
- Landscape mode.
- Facebook chat.
- 7 day signout.
- Many new contact list options: sorting, offline contacts, new view modes, and more!
- Various enhancements to the contact information screen.
- Tidying up the message window controls for improved usability.
- Pulling through more options from our desktop app, including contact privacy and per-connection settings (including hostname/port tweaks for XMPP).
- Additional bugfixes and smaller usability enhancements.
